Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Mosaic Inclusion & SEND. These Terms and Conditions outline my working relationship and how I operate. I have designed this document to be clear and accessible for all schools, trusts, families, and young people I support.

1.  My details and communication

Mosaic Inclusion & SEND is a UK-based specialist educational consultancy. For any questions regarding these terms, please reach out to us at info@mosaicinclusionsend.co.uk.

2. Website Usage

The content provided on this website serves as general guidance for the SEND community. It is not intended as legal advice. While I strive to ensure my site reflects current SEND policies and best practices, legislation can change quickly, and I cannot guarantee that every detail is always fully up-to-date.

3. Agreement of my services

I offer professional consultancy for various educational stakeholders. My partnerships are formalised via a signed service agreement or clear email confirmation, which will specify the project scope, key delivery dates, and the goals I aim to achieve.

4. All about fees and billing

I believe in transparent pricing, and all costs will be confirmed before I start any work. I issue invoices after key milestones or upon project completion. Unless specified otherwise in your agreement, payments are due within 30 days of the date listed on the invoice.

5. Rescheduling and cancellations

Educational environments are fast-paced. If you must reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible. Please note that cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a partial fee to cover my preparation time and the lost booking slot.

6. Confidentiality and data protection

All shared information is handled with the highest level of care. Mosaic Inclusion & SEND strictly follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal data is used  to provide my services, manage administration, and meet legal duties. You have specific rights over your information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it where appropriate. For more details, please see my full Privacy Notice.

7. Commitment to safeguarding

The safety of children and young people is my primary concern. By law, if I identify a safeguarding risk, I must report it to the appropriate authorities, even if the information was shared in confidence. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns about my practice.

8. Resources and intellectual property

All training tools, guides, and materials developed by Mosaic Inclusion & SEND remain my intellectual property. When you engage my services, you receive a license to use these resources within your specific setting. However, they cannot be shared, sold, or redistributed to others without my consent.

9. Underst

While expert advice is provided, the ultimate responsibility for decisions regarding a student's provision remains with the educational setting, local authority, parents or carers. Mosaic Inclusion & SEND is not responsible for specific results or choices enacted based on our consultancy sessions.

10. Operational Updates

These terms are periodically updated to reflect evolving SEND legislation or operational shifts. The latest version will always be published on this page. By engaging our specialist services, you acknowledge and accept whatever updated terms are currently active.

11. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the legal systems of England and Wales. We always aim to resolve any misunderstandings through respectful collaboration and dialogue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the courts of England and Wales shall hold exclusive jurisdiction.
